This policy explains how Unique Marketing Agency ("we") handles information in Unique Joylash, our content scheduling tool.

1. What we access

• YouTube (Google): with your permission we use the YouTube Data API to upload videos you scheduled and to read your channel's basic information (channel name) to show which channel is connected. Scopes: youtube.upload, youtube.readonly.
• Instagram and Facebook (Meta): we publish photos, videos and Reels you scheduled to the Pages and Instagram professional accounts you connected, and read the account name and profile picture.
• TikTok: we publish videos you scheduled to the TikTok account you connected and read basic profile information.

2. What we store

• Files and captions you upload for scheduling, the schedule, and the publishing result (post ID and link).
• Access tokens issued by the platforms, stored on our server only to publish on your behalf. We never receive or store your passwords.

3. How we use it

Only to publish the content you scheduled, at the time you chose, to the account you chose. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties, do not use it for advertising and do not use it to train AI models.

4. Google API Services

Unique Joylash's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube content is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Retention and deletion

Uploaded files and schedules are kept while you use the service. You can disconnect an account at any time: Google — myaccount.google.com/permissions; Meta — Facebook Settings → Business Integrations; TikTok — Settings → Security → Manage app permissions. To delete all your data, email us and we will delete it within 30 days.

6. Security

Tokens are stored on a protected server, the panel is protected by an access code, and all connections use HTTPS.
